Feeling stressed out or anxious? Whilst we all feel nervous and tense from time to time, too much stress and pressure can leave you feeling anxious, which can affect your sleep, appetite and ability to concentrate.

Join us and other young people to chat about our experiences and to share ideas of ways to tackle our stresses and worries.

We all deserve to feel safe, happy, loved and respected in our relationships, whether it's with friends, family, boyfriends or girlfriends. But sometimes relationships can be really hard work or leave us feeling down and confused.

Come along to our brand new session and spend some time chatting about your relationships.

We'll also provide info on where you can get further support if you need it.

The online chat group is anonymous and confidential and everyone is welcome :-)

Are you based in Sutton? Looking for support with your relationships with family, friends or partners? Join our monthly group and come find out more :)

We'll look at what a healthy relationship is, how to build your self-esteem, how to stay safe and much more.

It may be that you have even experienced domestic violence or emotional abuse. We'll look at where you can go for support if you're worried about yourself or a friend.
